How does flatbed towing work at The Amazing Brentwood?
The Amazing Brentwood is SHAPE's 28-acre redevelopment at 4567 Lougheed Hwy, on the corner of Willingdon Ave. Its towers, shops and offices sit over more than 2,000 surface and underground stalls, so most of our calls here are for a car that will not leave the parkade. The centre's parking page lists the entrances: Beta Ave, Halifax Way, Alpha Way, and Brentwood Blvd across from CIBC. It also notes EV chargers on P1 and Tesla Superchargers on P2. That is why we see so many electric cars here. An EV with a flat 12-volt battery or a fault after charging should not be dragged, and a deck keeps every wheel off the ground. The parkade height clearance is not published, so we plan as if a full-size flatbed will not fit inside. We do not count on it. Height clearance is not posted, so we plan to move the car to the surface first and load outside.
My car was towed after I parked overnight. Can you get it back?
The centre says vehicles left overnight may be warned and towed, and its contracted impound tower handles releases. Once you have it released, we can carry it on our deck if it will not drive.
Can you tow from here to a dealer across the region?
Yes. Hwy 1 Exit 29 at Willingdon Ave is close, so dealers around Metro Vancouver are a straightforward run. Further trips are on our long distance page.

Resident levels are often secured. Meet us at the gate with your fob, or arrange access through your building, so we can reach the car.
