Who does long distance towing from The Amazing Brentwood?
Rescue Towing. The Amazing Brentwood is SHAPE's redevelopment of the old Brentwood Shopping Centre site at 4567 Lougheed Hwy, at Willingdon Ave and Lougheed Hwy. By 2019 the first three towers were finished and about 1,700 residents had moved in, and more homes have followed. When someone here needs a car moved to another city, we plan the pickup around the parkade, confirm the price and run the trip as part of our long distance towing in Brentwood service.
The parking is large, with more than 2,000 surface and underground stalls, and the entrances are on Beta Ave, Halifax Way, Alpha Way and Brentwood Blvd across from CIBC, according to the centre's parking page. The clearance height is not published, so we meet the car at an entrance or at street level rather than taking a long distance carrier underground. If the car cannot drive up, a wheel lift tow at The Amazing Brentwood can bring it out first.
For the drive out, the centre's directions page gives Highway 1 Exit 29, Willingdon Ave N, as the way in, and the same interchange is the natural way out for trips east. Brentwood Town Centre SkyTrain station connects directly to the site, which helps if you want to drop off keys and head home by train. For a dead battery or a flat before the trip, see roadside help at The Amazing Brentwood.
Planning long distance towing out of The Amazing Brentwood
Four things that make a pickup at this site go well.
Pick the entrance
Beta Ave, Halifax Way, Alpha Way or Brentwood Blvd. Tell us which one is closest to your stall.
Mind the overnight rule
The centre says vehicles parked overnight may get a warning and can be towed by its contracted impound company. Do not leave a car in the shopping parking waiting for a next-day pickup.
EVs and Teslas
EV chargers are on P1 and Tesla Superchargers on P2. An EV going a long way travels on a flatbed; see flatbed towing at The Amazing Brentwood.
Keep the Grand Lobby clear
HandyDART picks up outside the Grand Lobby entrance on Brentwood Blvd. We leave that curb free and load somewhere else.

The Amazing Brentwood long distance towing questions
Can a long distance carrier go into the parkade?
We do not count on it. The height is not published, so we bring the car to an entrance or to street level first.
My car was towed from the mall parking overnight. Can you get it?
Cars towed under the centre's overnight rule are released by its contracted impound company, not by us. Once you have it back, we can move it wherever you need.
Can you deliver a car to a tower here from out of province?
Yes. Tell us the tower, the entrance you want us to use and who will meet the truck.
Can you pick up a car from the free surface lots?
Yes. The surface lots allow 3 hours with plate registration, so book the pickup inside that window and tell us which lot you are in.
Do you take cars from here to Vancouver Island?
Yes. That trip includes a BC Ferries sailing, so we time the pickup at the parkade entrance around the sailing.
Is cross-border towing included?
No, it is a separate service. Ask through our towing services in Brentwood page.
Will I know the price before you load?
Yes. Ask for a price and we confirm it before the car is on the truck.
