Terms of Service

Last updated October 30, 2026

About these terms

These terms cover your use of rescuetowingbrentwoodburnabybc.com and any tow or roadside service you book with Rescue Towing Brentwood Burnaby BC through this website, by phone or by the quote form. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them.

Prices and quotes

Your price is the one we confirm with you on the phone before we hook up or start work, based on your vehicle, where it is and where it is going. If something changes on site, such as a different drop-off or extra equipment, we tell you the new price before we go ahead.

Booking a service

A booking is confirmed when we agree the job and the price with you. Please give us an accurate location, vehicle type and drop-off point, and tell us about anything that affects the tow, such as all-wheel drive, an electric vehicle, low clearance or damage. Arrival times are estimates and depend on traffic, weather and other calls.

Your vehicle

You confirm you are the owner of the vehicle or have the owner’s permission to have it towed or serviced. Where it is safe to do so, please take valuables and personal items with you before the tow.
