How Rescue Towing Brentwood Burnaby BC handles the details you share with us.
Last updated October 30, 2026
What we collect
When you call us or send the quote form, we collect what you give us: your phone number, where your vehicle is, what happened and anything else you tell us about the job. Calls to our number may be recorded for quality and training.
How we use it
Only to give you a price, send a truck, finish the job and follow up about it. We do not sell your details.
Who we share it with
The driver or towing partner who does the job, and service providers that help us run this website and our phone line. Each of them uses your details only for that purpose. We also share details if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for the job, our records and the law, and then we delete it.
Website data
This site keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep it secure and working. If we add analytics, it will measure visits in aggregate.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Call (236) 800-3923. This policy follows British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act.
