Why do so many Concord Brentwood calls need a flatbed?
Concord Brentwood is Concord Pacific's master-planned community on a 26-acre former industrial area south of Lougheed Hwy, between Beta Ave and Delta Ave. Daily Hive puts it at about 4,600 homes in roughly a dozen towers. Its parking includes EV charging stalls and shared EVs, so electric cars are a big share of our flatbed work here. See our Brentwood flatbed towing page for the wider area.
An EV that will not wake up, an AWD crossover with a drivetrain fault, or a car scraped on a ramp all travel best on the deck. Parkade entrances for the towers are not published, so we ask where you drive in and which level you are on. If the deck truck cannot get down, we move the car up first. Our parkade towing guide has more on that.
This is an active build zone. Dawson Park, 10 acres along Dawson St just south of the Concord Oasis towers, has Phase 1 due in summer 2028. Next door to the west, Grosvenor's Brentwood Block at 4612 Lougheed Hwy was under construction in June 2025 with Phase 1 due by 2030, as Daily Hive reported. Fences and lane closures move around, so tell us what you see. For a simple boost, try roadside assistance in Concord Brentwood first.
Concord Brentwood is a short walk from both Brentwood Town Centre and Holdom stations, so plenty of residents drive less and leave a car parked for weeks. A car that sits that long can come back with a dead 12-volt battery, and on an EV that can leave the shifter locked in park. Then the deck is the only safe move. When it will not budge at all, our cost guide explains what affects a flatbed price. The mall towers to the west, with a parkade entrance on Beta Ave, have their own page: flatbed towing at The Amazing Brentwood.
Which Concord Brentwood vehicles go on a flatbed tow?
The tower garages here hold a lot of new cars. These are the ones we load flat.
Concord Brentwood flatbed towing: tower parkade or street pickup?
Where the car sits changes how we load it.
In a tower parkade
- Tell us the tower, such as Hillside West or Hillside East, and the level
- Have a fob or a building contact ready for the gate
- We bring the car up with dollies if the deck cannot get in
- Load at the curb on Lougheed or a side street
On the street
- Give the nearest corner, like Lougheed at Beta Ave
- Mention any fencing or closed lanes near Dawson St
- Front-wheel-drive cars may suit wheel lift towing in Concord Brentwood
- Everyday cars: light duty towing in Concord Brentwood

What do Concord Brentwood residents ask about flatbed towing?
Can you tow a shared EV from the building?
Shared cars are usually handled by the company that runs them. If they ask us to move one, we carry it on the deck like any EV.
Does construction make pickups harder?
Sometimes. Fencing and lane changes around Dawson Park and Brentwood Block move often, so we may load a block away from your tower.
Can you take my car to a dealer outside Burnaby?
Yes. Lougheed and Hwy 1 give the deck truck easy routes across the region.
Is the price confirmed before you start?
Yes, every time. Contact us with the tower and level for a price.
